My name is Ólafur Gros
Hello, my name is Ólafur Göran Ólafsson Gros but I go by Ólafur Gros.
I am an Icelandic Swedish film maker living in Stockholm and doing what I love, which is making Film and Tv. I was born in Iceland and throughout my youth have lived in Iceland during the winter times and Sweden in the summer. After finishing my studies in Iceland I started working at https://www.mak.is/ as a lighting technician and designer for two years until I moved to Stockholm to study filmmaking at Stockholm filmskol.
I graduated in the spring of 2022 and also did 6 days of tiffens and Hofmann steadicam workshop and am now steadicam certified.
Now I’m working happily in the industry.
